At Timbertechfloors we have 30 years of combined experience and a proven track record of sanding and polishing floors. we use latest techniques and equipment and quality products for the best possible finish.
We specialise in preparing , sanding and finishing new and old floors, whether its new timber , floorboards, parquetry or cork. We also offer a range of finishes including polyurethane, water based, oil finishes and waxes and are direct stain experts .
We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and finishes, for the best possible customer satisfaction .
We are also pround members of WFA Wood Flooring Association.

Our Services
Free Quotes
We will visit your site to discuss your requirements and advise you on the best stain, colour and finish for your needs.
Site Preperation
We offer a range of services from a rough sand in preparation for carpets, to a fine sand stage in preparation for waxing , staining and finishing.
Staining
We would use a different type of stain depending on the wood, the colour and the finish required.
Complete Package
This is everything , we will prepare the site, sand to a fine sand stage, stain the wood and then finish. There are many types of finish including polyurethane, water based and oil finishes, and a choice of gloss, semi-gloss, satin and matt
